In case you were wondering, still no baby. (Never mind the 20 or so hours of mild contractions on Thursday.)

Until We Are Four

Dear Friends and Family,

At long last the web site is current. We thank you for your patience and understand your occassional impatience. As you can see the number of photos taken has dropped off considerably since December. Most likely this has been largely due to the pregnancy, job hunt and subsequent new job.

It has also been a product of general apathy. How many pictures of the same cute face on the same cute kid doing the same cute things does the world need anyway? And truthfully, is he really all that cute? Fair to middlin'. No more, no less. All this "cutest kid ever" stuff is going to go to his head. Probably already has. He needs some humbling. A little change. No. A big change. We could all do with a big change. Some excitement. A new reason to take photographs and foist them on the world. So no new posts until we find that change. (Look under the seat cushions!) Or until it finds us.

(In all seriousness, the site will now go on hiatus until Baby Sister is born. At that time we will post photographs of all of us with the new family member. Then the site will again go dormant. During this second period I will be working on a complete overhaul of the site. I expect to never complete this redesign, and eventually the site will come back on line once our schedules have settled back into the predictable and I have given up all hope of completing the new design. Think August time frame.)

(Keep checking back. The doctor thinks we'll make it to the 19th. Maybe.)
